When purchasing on Iboga.itc.nu, please aggree to the following conditions
1. Delivery time
Delivery time inside Denmark is 1-2 days. Deliveries outside Danish borders depend on the destination country. Deliveries inside Europe will range from 3-5 working days.
2. Confirmation
When we have received and accepted your order, you will as soon as possible receive a confirmation via E-mail with information's about your order. We recommend that you keep this confirmation for future reference.
3. Payment options
You have following options to choose from:
1. Payment by credit card
at present we accept Dankort, VISA, MasterCard and Diners.
4. Shipping
The shipping will be calculated after the pricelist at PostDanmark. In every order it will appear what the price of shipping comes to in total. All shipments will be delivered to the door. In some cases it will be necessary to pick it up at the local post office.
5. Transport
If the goods are damaged or lost during the shipping, Iboga Records will be held responsible.
In this case you must report it to Iboga Records within 14 days. If the goods are damaged or lost when you return it, it is your own responsibility.
6. Return rights
You have the right to return all goods which is in 100% error free condition. Information about this must be given to Iboga Records no longer than fourteen (14) days after it was delivered.
You can send the information via email, phone or letter to ITC.nu (see above)
Your must inform following; a) order number b) Invoice number and c) Title on the products you wish to return. The goods must be in unused, undamaged condition as well as in unbroken/unopened original packing together with the original invoice or a copy of the original invoice. Fill in the reason of the return on the backside of the invoice. You must pay the shipping costs of such an action.
7. Complaints
We guarantee that the goods you order will be 100% error free by delivery. In case you receive a defect or wrong item, you must contact Iboga Records immediately – latest within 14 days.
Iboga Records will be pay for the return shipping as well as new shipping with the correct order.
Send the item/s back in the same condition as you received it in, together with a damage report.
Please note! Before you return a defect/wrong item you must contact Iboga Records in order to get your complaint accepted and the shipping costs of the return covered.
The responsibility about mistakes is limited to the above mentioned.

All music purchased at itc.nu is protected by copyright. Unauthorized copying, hiring, lending, broadcasting and public performance is prohibited.

Your ordering at Iboga Records through the internet are under Danish law.
